READ 360°

An adaptable literacy initiative that responds to the unique needs of communities.
READ 360° Initiative

What is READ 360°?

READ 360˚ is a new collective impact program from Turn the Page KC focused on centering the voices of parents and families, one neighborhood at a time, to direct the resources and services from across the city that increase literacy.

READ 360˚ program partners focus on listening and supporting Neighborhood Literacy Councils and leveraging the unique and specific assets that support the growth they envision. Collective impact helps leverage the strengths of community-based partners, educational partners, literacy partners, health partners, and civic partners so that the children of every neighborhood in Greater KC experience language-rich environments, enter Kindergarten ready to learn to read, and achieve grade level reading proficiency by the 3rd grade.
