Make text come alive around your home by using a sticky note, index card, or extra piece of paper to label the moon.
Hang the label on a window and discuss the letters and their meaning with your child. Labeling helps children learn that letters come together to make words and creates a print rich environment in your home.
Sing the song “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star,” trying the second verse with different lyrics:
might doubt your love for them, reassure them that you will love them no matter what,
repeating the refrain from the book, “But still, I would love you.” See some examples below.
